Refund Policy

Preamble :

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

The eligibility criteria mentioned above will be different if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the package, in which case please follow the procedure described in the exchange section (below).

If customs fees are not paid, the package will be detained by customs and automatically returned to the sender. No refund will be issued if the product is not received by our logistics center.

Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Section 2 - Delays or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (there may be a delay before the official display).

  3. Contact your bank (possible processing delay).

If after these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

Section 3 - Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Section 4 - Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us through the Contact Us page.

Section 5 - Delivery:

To return your product, you must contact us via the Contact Us page.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The processing time for the exchange may vary between 10 and 15 business days.

  • For any item over €75, consider a shipping service with tracking or insurance.

30-day free trial terms

Thank you for your interest in Brushair and invite you to try it risk-free for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Return and refund conditions

Return Eligibility:

  • Return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Product in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and documents.

  • No physical damage or signs of abuse.

  • Use in accordance with the manual.

  • Not modified or altered.

  • Return accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Product cleaned and disinfected.

Reason for return : Only manufacturing defects or malfunctions are accepted. Returns without justification of defect will not be accepted.

Remote Inspection : A visual assessment (photo or video) will be requested before sending for physical inspection.

Return Process

  1. Initial Contact : Contact customer service at brushairstyler@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Form : Complete the form provided with return details.

  3. Shipping : Ship the product at your expense using a traceable method.

Inspection and Refund

  • Upon receipt, an independent company will inspect the product.

  • If the product is not defective , $49 fee will be deducted.

  • If the product is eligible, the refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Non-refundable situations

  • Products returned without RA number.

  • Damaged or abused products.

  • Returns made after 30 days.

  • Returns without a completed form.

  • Use not in accordance with the manual.

  • Modified products.

  • Unjustified returns after initial inspection.

Exceptions and exclusions

Promotional or sale items may have different terms and conditions, specified at the time of purchase.

This policy does not cover accidental, cosmetic, or unauthorized modification damage.

Note on the advertising banner

Although the banner says "Try it free for 30 days, you have nothing to lose," this offer is subject to the terms of this policy to ensure its proper use. Thank you for your understanding.
