Products are shipped regularly, within a maximum of 48 hours after your order.
Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday).
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link. You can find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
Note: Tracking becomes visible approximately 4 days after shipment.
After placing your order, you will receive a first email confirming your order and a second email indicating that your order has been shipped.
Please monitor the tracking of your order, as it may be held at the post office even if you have not received a delivery notice in your mailbox.
Please note: The post office will keep your package for 15 days; after this time, it will be returned to the sender. From this point on, you may be charged for reshipping your order.
When placing your order, you have a 2-hour window to cancel it via our contact form in the corresponding section. After this period, a refund will only be issued upon full receipt of your order at our facilities.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Brushair is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an undeliverable address provided at the time of ordering.
If an undeliverable address is provided when ordering, the order may not be delivered to the desired address and all costs will be borne by the buyer. If a customer notices an error in the delivery address after placing the order or after receiving the order confirmation, it is the customer's responsibility to inform Brushair of the change within 2 hours of placing the order at brushairstyler@gmail.com.
Delivery Policy
At Brushair, we make every effort to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot assume responsibility if the package is reported as not received.
